1. Acquisition of Personal Information
Information needed to make a purchase: When you make a purchase, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other information necessary to complete and track your order Information needed to create an account: You may create an account through nikoneg.com at any time by providing your email address and designating a unique access password. You do not need to create an account in order to visit our site. Creating an account allows you to save certain billing information so that you can track the status of your orders and set your ordering preferences. For your privacy and security, we do not store credit card numbers in your account. You may change saved account information at any time.

2. Cookies and other computer information
When you access nikoneg.com small text files known as “cookies” will be stored on your computer’s hard drive. A cookie allows us to enhance and customize your online shopping experience and improve the design of our site. These links are provided to you as a matter of convenience and for informational purposes only.  When you access links to or from a Non-Owned Website, you are not on a Nikon Owned Website. We do not endorse or make any representations about Non-Owned Websites, and we are not responsible for and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the practices, privacy, content or security of such Non-Owned Websites.  You are responsible for reviewing, and we encourage you to review the terms of use, privacy and any other policies of such Non-Owned Websites. 

5. How To Access or Update Your Information
You can access, edit, delete and update any Personally Identifiable Information that you provided to us by visiting your profile page on www.nikoneg.com (if you are a registered user), log in to your account and edit or delete whatever information you wish. We use this procedure to better safeguard your Personally Identifiable Information.

6. Account Security
When you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

7. Changes To Privacy Policy
By visiting any of the Communication Points, or otherwise providing your information, you are subject to this Privacy Policy and thus consent to our collection and use of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
